Product innovation: we develop two different new products. The “virtual operator” offers the possibility to interact with all the employees and it is used in the manufacturing process. The “macchina equilibratrice” meets the company’s informatics requirements.

Human-centric manufacturing: we believe in the human-centric vision and we want to start the change. In the 4.0 companies, the employees have to be only the supervisors of the process.
